Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

We will send you a prepaid return label (EU orders).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Drop off at your nearest post office. Refund processed within 5–7 business days.

Hand wash in cold water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Do not wring — gently press out excess water and lay flat to dry. For best results, dry clean.
